Energy Plaza is an established high-rise commercial office building dominating the Downtown Dallas skyline. Formerly the TXU building, Energy Plaza approached Beyondigital with the desire to extend its appeal into the Dallas lease market. Not having a web site previously, we wanted to break new ground with a highly interactive website that featured facility tours, area amenities, and available space with downloadable resources.
First, Beyondigital was engaged to take all the photography, ranging from exterior facility photos to interior suite shots. A variety of angles, locations and photographic styles were conceived in effort to build visual interest, then integrated into the design of the site. A specific level of style and professional sophistication was captured into what has become known as one of the best real estate web sites in town.
